How to get refunds from TTD



          While doing the booking from online site www.ttdsevaonline.com, if any transaction has failure the TTD People will refund our amount to our banks.  Say for example while doing the transaction of  E-Special Darshan, Seva Ticket or Accommodation Ticket if any error ac curs, amount has deducted from our A/c but Ticket is not generated means definitely the TTD People will refund the amount to our banks A/c's.

          For failure transactions in above said cases we can sent a "Mail" to TTD people regarding amount refunded.  For that the mail Id is refundservices@tirumala.org.  With in 25 days the amount will be refunded to our consern bank A/c's.

      We have booked 4 tickets vide Booking No ID17071765479322 on 17-07-2017 at 15:33:04. But as the transaction was stopped in the middle and Darshan Receipt has not been generated, we have booked another ticket with the same pilgrims with other Booking ID 17071795956742 on 17-07-2017 at 15:39:45.

      We have made Darshan for only one Booking ID. So we request you to kindly refund us the amount for the another Booking ID for which we have not made the Darshan.

      We hereby attaching the ticket for which the transaction has been stopped in middle.

    3. I have booked special entry for a group of 5 members, but after booking I realise that I have selected a wrong date of booking. When I wanted to cancel the ticket, I did not find a provision to do that and later I learnt that it would be a forfeiture. My question is simple, why should it be a forfeiture? What is the logic behind it? It is my hard earned money and I have every right to get my cash back disregarding any transaction fees or booking charges. I cannot find any reasoning behind keeping all my cash with you. I realise my mistake of overlooking the date and as a penalty you could levy a charge of max 100INR. Coincidentally the user interface is unfriendly and I see many people complaining against failed transactions.

      In some cases it will result like that only, amount will deducted but ticket is not generated. Don't worry sir, the amount will refund in 20 working days.

      One ticket has been booked means there is no cancellation,postponement,prepone, transferable,editable.... are not allowed. All the booking are final. If we want we can go to darshan are else it will transfer to Srivari Hundi only.

      Lakshmi Mam u do one thing, take a screen short of the page in the transaction history and sent a mail to ( refundservices@tirumala.org). With in 20 working days your amount will refund to your account.

      If we book a room in ttd, upto max 6 persons an stay at this room. Don't go for cancellation, u people can stay in that room. Any way cancellation are not allowed at ttd.

  18. Hi Team,

    Today morning i used the Online website https://www.ttdsevaonline.com/ and tried to book the 'Special Darshan' e- tickets and after payment was successful , i got the error in the site i.e "Dear Ravi , your e-Special Entry Darshan booking with No : ID14061794800344 is not successful Inconvenience is regretted,Please try again after some time".

    After that i tried to book the Special Darshan tickets again and second time i have not received any errors and successfully received the tickets via email.
    Second time successful transaction ID is ID14061724466462

    But, after 5 minutes , for the first transaction, money has been deducted from my bank and tickets also booked and i revived the ticket via email.

    So, Due to the error in the online portal, for the same date and time , booking has been done for twice. Please cancel the first transaction and refund the same money.

      There is no cancellation procedure in ttd. Once the ticket has been booked means there is no cancellation, postponement, preponement, editable, transferable will not be there at all..

      If any booking done by us amount is debited from our account and the tickets are not generated means, amount will refund to us. But normally there is no cancellation in it.

  28. Hello Sir, I am Shankar from Bangalore. On 5th Nov 2017, one of my relative couldnt take darshan because of health issue. But we had her ticket and we did the Darshan. But when asked for Laddoo Prasad, they didnt give the laddoo atleast for the ticket booked. Isnt it insane of behaviour. Atleast my relative could have taken the ladoo prasadam with her.

      I am sorry to say that, if we are not going for darshan the laddus are not issed. If we go to darshan then only they will stamp "Issue Laddu" then
      only they will issue the laddu.

  29. I have booked sahasra deepalankara seva tickets for my mother and aunt. I was supposed to book this tickets for November but instead booked tickets for December. I could not find a cancellation or refund option.       I am very sorry to say that there is no cancelling the ticket mam. All booking are final, nothing can be done. As per as the accommodation concern we can cancel the ticket, but is there is no cancel procedure for Seva or Darshan ticket.

      In remarks its shows refund means, we have wight upto 1 hrs. After that pls go to transaction history and check what is there in the remarks. If ticket is there means we can download the ticket or it is still shows refund means, sent a mail to refundservices@tirumala.org and make as cc to supportservices@tirumala.org. The amount will refund in 15 days.

      Sir one-thing when is your accommodation date activally For an example if u have an accomodation on 10-01-2018 means we will get the refund on 20-01-2018.     I booked special Dharshan tickets on 21.2.18, 4times it has failed but one time Rs. 1050/-debited from my SBI account. Later got success and shown print copy of ticket soon after accepting of my another Andhra bank account.
    The earlier failed amount of Rs. 1050/- to be refunded to my SBI account. It is pending and waiting...

    My question is that the failed amount can transfer to Hundi Seva??

      Sir u pls sent the details of all this failure transactions to "refundservices@tiruamala.org" and make CC to "supportservicers@tirumala.org". They will check the details and they refund your amount to respected account with in 20days.
